Lamborghini Revuelto SV Brings Back The Super Veloce Name
Lamborghini has revived its Super Veloce name with the 2027 Revuelto SV, giving its V-12 hybrid flagship a sharper and more focused character. The SV follows the same performance-focused approach seen in earlier models such as the Murciélago SV and Aventador SV. However, the new model combines the traditional V-12 layout with hybrid technology, advanced aerodynamics and track-focused chassis upgrades.
1050 HP V-12 Hybrid Powertrain
The Revuelto SV continues with a 6.5-litre naturally aspirated V-12 engine paired with three electric motors and an 8-speed dual-clutch transmission. The combined output rises to 1050 HP and 1051 LB-FT of torque. This represents an increase of 49 HP and 7 LB-FT over the standard Revuelto. A larger 7 KWH battery, up from 3.8 KWH, also supports the additional performance.
0-62 MP/H In 2.4 Seconds
Lamborghini claims the Revuelto SV can accelerate from 0 to 62 MP/H in just 2.4 seconds. The car can also reach 124 MP/H in 6.7 seconds, while its top speed exceeds 214 MP/H. These figures place the SV among the fastest production hybrid supercars. The combination of instant electric assistance and V-12 power should also provide strong acceleration throughout the speed range.
Aggressive Exterior Design Focuses On Aerodynamics
The Revuelto SV gets a more aggressive exterior designed around improved aerodynamic performance. A fixed rear wing, larger front splitter and new aerodynamic elements give the supercar a motorsport-inspired appearance. Black exterior accents and lightweight centrelock wheels further distinguish the SV. The rear fenders also carry prominent SV branding, while the overall design retains the sharp styling associated with the Revuelto.
80 Percent More Downforce Than The Revuelto
Aerodynamic performance is one of the biggest changes on the Revuelto SV. Lamborghini says the new model generates 80 percent more downforce than the standard Revuelto. The rear wing uses a double-plane design at the sides, while its single-plane centre section helps maintain aerodynamic efficiency. A Gurney flap adds further downforce and also helps direct airflow towards the V-12’s radiator.
Improved Brake Cooling & Aerodynamic Efficiency
The front-end aerodynamic package also improves cooling performance. A redesigned fin across the front bumper helps direct airflow towards the brakes, while the larger splitter increases front-end downforce. Lamborghini claims brake cooling improves by 12 percent. In addition, the Revuelto SV delivers a 60 percent increase in downforce-to-drag efficiency, making its aerodynamic package more effective at high speeds.
GT3-Inspired Suspension & Carbon-Ceramic Brakes
Lamborghini has upgraded the suspension with manually adjustable dampers derived from its GT3 racing programme. The setup is designed to provide a claimed 10 percent increase in lateral grip while giving drivers greater control over the car’s handling characteristics. The SV also gets Brembo CCM-R Plus carbon-ceramic brakes with 16.5-inch front discs and 16.1-inch rear discs for consistent performance during demanding driving.
Pilota Mode Adds More Driving Control
The Revuelto SV introduces a new Pilota drive mode alongside the existing Corsa setting. Pilota brings a five-stage traction-control system inspired by Lamborghini’s GT3 racing technology. This allows drivers to adjust the level of electronic assistance according to the driving conditions. As a result, the SV offers greater flexibility on a track while retaining the electronic systems needed to manage its high power output.
Motorsport-Inspired Interior With More Carbon Fibre
Inside, Lamborghini has added several details to reinforce the Revuelto SV’s track-focused character. The cabin features carbon-fibre door panels and optional carbon-fibre seats with additional bolstering. The digital displays also receive exclusive SV graphics and animations. Furthermore, buyers can personalise the cabin with 12 contrasting leather options, allowing the supercar to combine its racing-inspired character with Lamborghini’s usual focus on customisation.
Prices In India
Lamborghini has not announced official India pricing for the 2027 Revuelto SV. However, the model is expected to sit considerably above the standard Revuelto because of its additional performance, specialised hardware and higher positioning. Considering import duties and local taxes, the Revuelto SV could be priced at more than Rs 7 crore (ex-showroom) in India. Final pricing will depend on availability and specifications.
Prices In The Middle East
Lamborghini has not confirmed official pricing for the Revuelto SV in the Middle East. In the UAE, the supercar is expected to cost around AED 2.6 million or more before optional equipment and local charges. Prices could vary across Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman based on taxes, registration costs, specifications and dealer pricing.
Launch Timeline & Rivals
Lamborghini has not confirmed an exact delivery schedule for the Revuelto SV, although the model is expected to reach customers in 2027. Its closest rivals will include limited-production hybrid supercars from Ferrari and other high-performance manufacturers. With 1050 HP, substantially higher downforce and GT3-inspired chassis technology, the Revuelto SV is positioned as a more focused alternative to the standard Revuelto.
