Yet again, all BMW M fan boys and fan girls re-unite for this BMW launch. After being tested rigorously for almost 2 years, the BMW M2 CS has finally been revealed. The Idea? A lighter version of the Baby M car, with more power and a suspension setup designed, tuned, and tested on the Nurburgring. Exterior Design – Controversies & Legacies
In the car world, there are a lot of unspoken rules and theories. One of these suggests, whenever BMW launches a sports car with a ducktail spoiler, that sports car is going to be a future classic. The M2 CS G87 rises proudly, sporting an aggressive yet elegant carbon fibre ducktail spoiler along with bronze wheels. The design of the M2 was extremely controversial when the car was first revealed, but with time, people accepted it and grew to adore it.
Additionally, a carbon fibre roof and carbon fibre M-side mirrors will be offered as well. The aero work on this new M2 will be focused on downforce along with air flow. The M2 CS G87 will also sit lower to the ground as compared to the regular M2 and will offer RWD only.

The main differences on this new M2, according to current leaks and rumours, suggest that the 3.0-litre Twin turbo Inline 6 will now produce at least 518 BHP. Along with that, the car will now be around 40 kilograms lighter, along with a re-tuned chassis for better track performance.

The baby M CS sports car will surely break the internet and the Car market with its reveal and launch, due May 28th, on the same day, the Nurburgring lap time will also be revealed, possibly under the 7:30 Bracket. The pricing is yet to be announced by BMW, but it should most definitely cost over 110,000 USD, starting without options.
