Dodge has revived the Super Bee name for the 2027 Charger lineup. The new model becomes the most powerful petrol-powered Charger with the Sixpack engine. It uses a 600 HP twin-turbocharged inline-six with all-wheel drive and an eight-speed automatic transmission. Track-focused suspension, brakes, tyres and aerodynamics also give the Super Bee a sharper performance focus.
600 HP Twin-Turbo Inline-Six
The Charger Super Bee uses Dodge’s 3.0-litre Hurricane twin-turbocharged inline-six engine. The high-output version now produces 600 HP and 531 LB-FT of torque.
Dodge has fitted larger Garrett turbochargers and upgraded the cooling system. The engine also receives a revised tune. Peak torque now arrives at 3,000 RPM instead of 3,500 RPM.
Quick Acceleration & Strong Straight-Line Performance
The Super Bee sends power through an eight-speed automatic transmission and an all-wheel-drive system. Dodge claims a 0-97 KM/H time of 3.4 seconds.
The car can also complete the quarter-mile in 11.8 seconds. These figures make the Super Bee quicker than the existing Sixpack Scat Pack.
Track-Focused Chassis Upgrades
Dodge has made several changes to improve the Charger’s track performance. The Super Bee gets CDC dual-valve adaptive dampers, stiffer suspension bushings and a firmer rear anti-roll bar.
The front and rear spring rates have also increased. These changes should improve body control and make the Charger more responsive through corners.
Larger Brembo Brakes & Performance Tyres
Stopping power comes from 16-inch Brembo brake rotors. Six-piston front calipers and four-piston rear calipers provide additional braking capability.
The Super Bee also uses Goodyear Eagle F1 Supercar 3 summer tyres. The 305-section tyres sit on 20-inch forged wheels measuring 11 inches wide.
Aerodynamic Changes Improve Cooling
The Super Bee receives a redesigned front end with a larger cooling opening and updated grille mesh. Dodge also adds auxiliary radiators behind the front bumper.
The new front design also increases downforce by more than 100 LB at 241 KM/H. Together, these changes help manage engine temperatures during hard driving.
Aggressive Exterior & Special Interior
Dodge will offer three visual themes for the Super Bee Launch Edition. Sucker Punch uses bright paint with gloss-black graphics, while Diamond Black reverses the colour combination. The Shady theme uses a grey body with black graphics.
Inside, the Charger features cloth sports seats with bee-themed headrest logos. Citrus Peel inserts and contrasting stitching add further visual details. The steering wheel also gains larger paddle shifters.
New Drive Modes & Performance Technology
The Super Bee introduces Drag, Race Prep and Track modes to the petrol Charger range. A Torque Reserve system can also build engine boost before a drag launch.
Additionally, a built-in data recorder allows drivers to record their track sessions. A dedicated button can also activate rear-wheel-drive mode for controlled slides and donuts.
Prices In The Middle East
Dodge has not announced official pricing for the Super Bee in Middle Eastern markets. Based on its US positioning, the model could cost around AED 215,000 to AED 250,000 in the UAE. Prices may vary across Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman based on taxes, specifications and equipment.
Launch Timeline & Rivals
Dodge has not confirmed the exact launch date or production volume for the Super Bee Launch Edition. However, production will remain limited at the Windsor plant in Canada. The Charger Super Bee will compete with performance models such as the Ford Mustang Dark Horse, BMW M340i and Cadillac CT4-V Blackwing. Overall, the new Super Bee combines 600 HP with serious chassis upgrades to create a more track-focused Charger.
