Lamborghini has revealed the 2027 Urus SE Performante, taking its high-performance luxury SUV to an even higher level. The new Performante combines a more powerful plug-in hybrid powertrain with sharper aerodynamics, a lighter body and an upgraded suspension. As a result, it becomes the most powerful Urus ever produced, offering supercar-like performance while retaining everyday practicality.
Aggressive Exterior With Improved Aerodynamics

The Urus SE Performante features a more aggressive design than the standard Urus SE. Larger front air intakes improve engine cooling, while exposed carbon-fibre elements reduce weight and enhance its sporty appearance. Moreover, Lamborghini has added a roof-mounted rear wing, a lip spoiler and the largest rear diffuser ever fitted to a Urus.
The redesigned aerodynamic package reduces drag by 3 percent while increasing rear downforce by 16 percent over the previous Performante. Additionally, the new model generates 23 percent more downforce than the standard Urus SE.
801 HP Plug-In Hybrid Powertrain
Power comes from a twin-turbocharged 4.0-litre V8 petrol engine paired with an electric motor. Together, the hybrid system produces 801 HP and 737 LB-FT of torque, making it the most powerful Urus to date.
Power reaches all four wheels through an updated 8-speed automatic transmission with quicker shift responses. Lamborghini claims the SUV accelerates from 0 to 100 KM/H in just 3.3 seconds, while 0 to 200 KM/H takes only 10.8 seconds. Furthermore, the 26 KWH battery delivers more than 48 KM of pure electric driving range.
Lighter Body & Sharper Dynamics
Lamborghini has reduced the Urus SE Performante’s weight by approximately 32 KG through the extensive use of carbon fibre. Buyers can also choose an optional carbon-fibre roof, although a panoramic glass roof remains standard.
Additionally, the SUV receives upgraded brakes that deliver 10 percent better stopping performance and 8 percent more efficient cooling. A new Akrapovič titanium exhaust also provides a deeper soundtrack during everyday driving and a more dramatic note under hard acceleration.
New Suspension & Advanced Driving Technology
The biggest mechanical upgrade is the introduction of dual-chamber air suspension. Unlike the previous Performante’s coil springs, the new setup offers a much wider adjustment range.
Consequently, body roll reduces by up to 55 percent during spirited driving while ride comfort also improves. Furthermore, Lamborghini has added its latest 6-D sensor, which continuously monitors pitch, roll, yaw and vehicle movement to optimise handling in real time.
Rally Mode Adds More Driving Excitement
Lamborghini has introduced a dedicated Rally mode for loose surfaces. The system softens the suspension and sends more torque to the rear wheels, allowing drivers to enjoy controlled slides on gravel and dirt roads. Therefore, the Urus SE Performante becomes even more versatile despite its performance-focused character.
Premium Interior With Updated Technology

Inside, the cabin receives a redesigned 12.3-inch touchscreen interface along with generous carbon-fibre trim throughout the dashboard and doors. Moreover, Lamborghini has wrapped the seats, dashboard and roof lining in premium microsuede upholstery.
Customers can also choose contrasting stitching and coloured interior accents to create a more personalised cabin. Despite its racing-inspired design, the SUV continues to offer premium comfort and advanced technology.
Prices In India
Lamborghini has not announced India pricing for the 2027 Urus SE Performante. However, considering the current Urus lineup and import duties, the new flagship SUV is expected to arrive in India at an estimated starting price of around Rs 5 crore (ex-showroom) when launched.
Prices In The Middle East
Lamborghini has not confirmed official pricing for Middle Eastern markets. However, the 2027 Urus SE Performante is expected to be priced between AED 1.1 million and AED 1.3 million in the UAE. Prices may vary across Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman depending on local taxes, specifications and optional equipment.
Launch Timeline & Rivals

Lamborghini is expected to begin global deliveries of the Urus SE Performante in early 2027. Once launched, it will compete with high-performance luxury SUVs such as the Ferrari Purosangue, Aston Martin DBX707, Porsche Cayenne Turbo E-Hybrid GT and Range Rover Sport SV. Overall, the new Urus SE Performante raises the benchmark for hybrid performance SUVs by combining extreme power, advanced technology and unmistakable Lamborghini styling.
