For AED 799,000, you can get your hands on a 2006 Lamborghini Murciélago Roadster- US Spec.

Built as a successor to the Diablo, and superseded by the Aventador, the Murciélago serves to be an incredible piece of history in Lamborghini’s history of sports car manufacturing.

First introduced to the public at the 2003 Detroit Motor Show as a concept, the Murciélago Roadster went into production in the following year, and then continued till 2006. The Roadster weighed 29kgs more than the normal version, and as a result, the initial acceleration times were slightly hampered as compared to the hard-top.

Our Take

The car seems to be priced on par with the status quo, assuming no issues with it

The Murciélago is no doubt one of the most celebrated Lamborghini in the history of their models. That V-12 paired with a manual gearbox is something truly special for any car enthusiast.

As for the mileage, it does seem to be a bit high, and the fact that it was last serviced 5-years ago does warrant a full and comprehensive inspection before any purchase decision is made.

The asking price for this car is reasonable if the condition of the car checks out, and is as pristine as is shown to be. So, if you’re able to verify the validity and intactness of the condition of this vehicle and its powertrain, it sure is a done deal!
